Chakotay's report on Kellin

The handwriting of Chakotay

Handwriting was the formation of alphabetic letters by hand. Signatures and autographs were examples of handwriting.

By analyzing a handwriting sample, it was possible to determine things about the writer, such as whether they forged it or which hand was their dominant one. In 2369, Data, while playing Sherlock Holmes on the holodeck, analyzed the handwriting on a supposed suicide note and discovered that it was written by the victim's deceased brother. (TNG: "Ship In A Bottle")

In 2374, Quark pointed out Morn's handwriting on a brick of latinum to Constable Odo. (DS9: "Who Mourns for Morn?")
