Fina Prime was established in the script of "Lifesigns" as a Vidiian outpost.
According to Star Trek: Star Charts (p. 85), the Fina system was a binary system with a pair of F-class stars. It was a system claimed by the Vidiian Sodality. The USS Voyager visited this system on stardate 49504.
