Diamond Cook (born 16 February 1975; age 49) is an actress and model who appeared as a Risian woman in the Star Trek: Enterprise first season episode "Two Days and Two Nights". She received no credit for this appearance and filmed her scenes on Monday 27 March 2002 on Paramount Stage 9.

Born as Adrienne Dawn Cook, she previously had guest roles on episodes of The Parent 'Hood (1996 and 1997) and City Guys (2000, with Jeff Rector) and was featured in Baby Boy (2001).

Following her appearance on Enterprise, Cook guest starred in episodes of Mad TV (2004), All That (2005), The Suite Life of Zack and Cody (2006, with Kim Rhodes), and Curb Your Enthusiasm (2009, with Jason Alexander, Estelle Harris, Ray Proscia, Todd Stashwick, and Jamison Yang) and was featured in Malibu's Most Wanted (2003, with Greg Grunberg, Rey Gallegos, Damion Poitier, Josef Cannon, and Justin Rodgers Hall), Constantine (2005, with Francis Guinan, Larry Cedar, April Grace, and R.A. Rondell), and Kicking & Screaming (2005, with Musetta Vander, Rachael Harris, David Bowe, Matt Winston, and Tom Virtue). Between 2005 and 2009, Cook was featured in twelve episodes of the comedy series Everybody Hates Chris where she worked with Trek alumni J.D. Hall, Kortney Manns, Whoopi Goldberg, Damara Reilly, Wren T. Brown, and Jim Lau.

In addition, Cook worked as stand-in on the comedy Sexual Life (2005, with Fionnula Flanagan, Steven Weber, Michelle C. Bonilla, and Bruce French) and was a guest on The Rodney Perry Show (2008). She also worked under the artistic name "Diamond Double D" for Foxxhole Radio Sirius Radio Channel 106.
