Creole stew
Creole stew was a specific type of food originating on Earth and part of the creole cuisine.
In June 2151, Doctor Phlox had creole stew for dinner in the mess hall aboard Enterprise NX-01 while having a conversation with Sub-commander T'Pol about the meaning of IDIC and the planned visit of the Vulcan monastery at P'Jem. (ENT: "The Andorian Incident")
The dish was not identified on screen but by the props section on the call sheet which listed a "bowl of creole stew".
