Carlos Jaime Alazraqui (born 20 July 1962; age 62) is an actor, voice actor, and comedian who voiced Vice Admiral Les Buenamigo in the third season of Star Trek: Lower Decks, as well as Montgomery Scott in Star Trek: very Short Treks "Walk, Don't Run".

His daughter, Rylee Alazraqui, voices Rok-Tahk in Star Trek: Prodigy.

In his live-action roles, Alazraqui is best known for playing Deputy James Garcia in the comedy series Reno 911! between 2003 and 2009. Lisa LoCicero and Gary Anthony Williams appeared in recurring roles on this show. He reprised the role in the 2007 spin-off film Reno 911!: Miami, which featured Patton Oswalt and a cameo by Dwayne Johnson.

He can be seen in guest roles on series like Las Vegas (directed by David Solomon), Pushing Daisies, CSI: Crime Scene Investigation (starring Wallace Langham, Paul Guilfoyle, and Liz Vassey), Bones, Jane the Virgin, and Adam Ruins Everything.

However, he is mainly a very prolific voice actor, who lent his voice to a large number of animated series and films as well as video games. He voiced the title character in Rocko's Modern Life (1993-96, co-starring Tom Kenny), Winslow and Lube in CatDog (1998-2005, again with Tom Kenny), Raoul Rodriguez in Rocket Power (1999-2004), Rikochet in the first two seasons of ¡Mucha Lucha! (2002-04), and Lazlo, Clam, and Chef McMuesli in Camp Lazlo (2005-08).

He also voiced characters on shows such as Cow and Chicken (with Dee Bradley Baker), SpongeBob SquarePants (starring Tom Kenny and Clancy Brown), Johnny Bravo, The Grim Adventures of Billy & Mandy, The Fairly OddParents, The Angry Beavers, I Am Weasel (starring Michael Dorn, with Tom Kenny and Dee Bradley Baker), The Life and Times of Juniper Lee, Avatar: The Last Airbender, Men in Black: The Series (starring Charles Napier and Jennifer Lien), Archer (starring H. Jon Benjamin), Seth MacFarlane's Family Guy, and American Dad! (starring Dee Bradley Baker and Scott Grimes).
