A body function panel
A body function panel was a computer display commonly found in sickbays aboard Constitution-class starships. It was used for monitoring various indicators of a patient's health, including vital signs. (Star Trek: The Original Series)
In 2266, while observing the body function panel that was monitoring Simon Van Gelder's vitals, Doctor McCoy commented that the readings were obviously abnormal, yet not attributable to schizophrenia, tissue damage, or any other condition known to him. (TOS: "Dagger of the Mind")
