Azna was a food that could be served steamed, sautéed, rolloped, or fricasseed.
Azna was one of Curzon's and Jadzia Dax's favorite meals. In 2369, Jadzia again recommended steamed azna to Benjamin Sisko, saying it would put years on his life. (DS9: "A Man Alone")
Steamed azna was one of the meals advertised in Deep Space 9's Replimat in early 2370. (DS9: "The Homecoming")
