Azalea Davila (born 6 May 1972; age 52) is an actress and model who appeared as a resort woman in the Star Trek: Voyager third season episode "Macrocosm". She received no credit for her appearance but is listed on the call sheets of the episode.

Besides her appearance on Voyager, Davila also had supporting and guest roles in episodes of Beverly Hills, 90210, Cybill, Diagnosis: Murder, Dream On (1995 and 1996, starring Chris Demetral and Wendie Malick, with Michael McKean), Son of the Beach (2001, with Lisa Banes), Haunted (2002, with Barry Brandt and Zachary Quinto), The King of Queens (2006), Scrubs (2006, with Ken Jenkins), and Treme (2010).

In the 1990s, Davila appeared as model in the Playboy video productions Exposed: TV's Lifeguard Babes (1996, with Lily Acain), Playboy: Gen-X Girls (1998), and Playboy: Girlfriends 2 (1999). She also worked as body double on The Brave (1997, with Clarence Williams III and Iggy Pop).
