The Axanar captain
This captain was encountered by Enterprise NX-01 in 2151.
Enterprise was investigating an Axanar cargo ship that had been attacked by another species, who had killed the crew. The captain, commanding an Axanar warship and answering a distress call from the cargo ship, initially assumed that Enterprise was the ship that had attacked the cargo ship. They attacked Enterprise, which was also being attacked by the aliens responsible for the original attack.
Hoshi Sato was able to communicate with the Axanar captain as to who the true attackers were, so they offered assistance to Enterprise and together they destroyed the alien ship. (ENT: "Fight or Flight")
The Axanar captain was played by actor Jeff Ricketts.

These fifteen corpses were crewmembers aboard an Axanar cargo ship, found dead after being attacked by an alien vessel. His and the others' bodies were hanging upside down, being drained of their fluids by bio pumps. (ENT: "Fight or Flight")

This Axanar was among the aliens abducted by the automated repair station to use their brain patterns for its computer core. In 2152, Captain Jonathan Archer and Sub-commander T'Pol encountered this Axanar during their search for Ensign Travis Mayweather. They were not able to rescue him because of the long time he was connected with the station. (ENT: "Dead Stop")
