In the first draft script of the Star Trek: Enterprise first season episode "The Andorian Incident" when it had the working title "Incident at P'Jem", the Altar of C'thia was a religious furniture piece which was located in the "radio room" in the catacombs beneath the Vulcan monastery of P'Jem. It was not part of the final episode.
