Time and Task Management Inside the Apple Ecosystem

My strategies and how I use my devices to keep productivity up.

Time and task management are not easy — but very important since they are the basis for productivity. No one wants to end up like the guy in the picture. Therefore, it is all the more important to have a robust system.

The Apple ecosystem provides us with a solid foundation on which we can build highly customized productivity systems. But in some aspects, Apple’s apps and features are surprisingly underdeveloped for such purposes.

In this article, I‘d like to give you some insight into how I use the Apple ecosystem to keep track of all my tasks and how I approach time management.

My task and time management rely on some first-party apps and features that Apple baked into their devices alongside one third-party app which I use to compensate for a major disadvantage in Apple’s apps.
