The Productivity Paradox: Why Busy Doesn’t Equal Success

Learn not to stress yourself unnecessarily, because often behind an intention, lie hidden and less pleasant things. Not everything your boss says is true. You are not a robot, and you also need respect from your superiors.

Productively mature?

We plan everything closely, have high hopes, and set not very realistic goals that we want to achieve as soon as possible. It’s a mistake we all make at some point.

Brains disconnect too little, phones stay open all the time. This is what happens when the focus falls on the wrong thing. Productively mature, also means to be assumed.

Do you think that any task we have to do, whether it is at work or home, must become an assumed responsibility? Maybe, but if you take things too seriously, you might get stuck. There has to be some kind of balance so that things run smoothly.

Mental health in the digital age is not a fad.

Bosses expect you to work on the clock, with no breaks, no limits, and no weekends off. That’s stupid!
