All of us do our best to get work done correctly.

Yet, some of us do things with less heart than others. Some waste time gossiping with colleagues and doing OT when they only do a little work during office hours.

Those who work hard and put their heart into their jobs are the ones who get promoted, not the ones who stay the longest. When promotion time comes, these people who stay the longest should take a hard look at themselves before saying they qualify for promotion.

We’ll be able to earn a good living and stay employed if we work hard.

Those who are self-employed must find their mission and compass. We work like super madmen to get to where we want to go.

A solopreneur like me takes on the job of 10 people. That’s equivalent to 10 times the number of 8-hour work days, which is 80 hours.

I have to learn to prioritise and put in as much work as possible without burning out. Burning out has been a big problem from the start, but I am getting better at it. I don’t burn out much now.

I have to psyche myself in such a way that puts me in a place where my work is the most critical thing in the world. That nobody else in the…
