  • $\begingroup$ Given that the definition is very sensitive to all the details (the choice of the theory, the class of functions $p$), it’s unlikely to have an equivalent characterization that is significantly different. Or are you just asking what is the preorder $\mathfrak P$ up to isomorphism? $\endgroup$
