Who doesn't love seeing Michelle Obama and Oprah Winfrey in the same room? 

As part of her book tour for The Light We Carry: Overcoming in Uncertain Times, the former First Lady stopped by Oprah's corner to unpack her bestselling memoir with a dash of life lessons on the side.

In this new Netflix special, the two share pearls of wisdom on aging, making relationships work, the power of unconditional friendship, and even what it's like being married to the former President of the United States. 

I don't know about you, but this conversation seems like the therapy we all need. 

The Light We Carry: Michelle Obama & Oprah Winfrey premieres on Netflix April 25.
