Mellow is a sous-vide machine that you can control with your phone. All you have to do is put your food and seasoning in the plastic bags they provide and click when you want it ready on the app.

Sous-vide is a form of slow cooking, where your food is placed in water. Mellow monitors the temperature so your food is cooked precisely and evenly with all the flavors intact.

Mellow was designed so people can cook when they're not in the house, like when you're going out for a run or when you're about to come back home from work.

We tried cooking steak in our office. The results were pretty interesting.
