SAVE $54.82: As of Oct. 24, you can get the Xbox Elite Series 2 Core wireless controller on sale for $85.17 at Walmart. That's 43% off its retail price of $139.99 and the lowest price we've seen.

There are some excellent games out right now, with more still to come before the year is up. Be ready with an equally awesome controller. The Xbox Elite Series 2 Core wireless controller is one of the best you'll find, and it's now available at one of its lowest prices ever.

Right now, you can get the Xbox Elite Series 2 Core wireless controller for its all-time low price of $85.17 at Walmart, which is $54.82 off its normal price of $139.99. That's a discount of 43% and the cheapest we've seen it drop to since the white version dropped to $88 during October Prime Day at multiple retailers. If you've been waiting for it to go even lower, now's your chance.

This controller is the more affordable cousin of the premium Xbox Elite Wireless Controller Series 2. Yes, the two are easy to confuse since they have similar names, but the "Core" version here is essentially the same controller without some of the pricier bells and whistles — but this one is no slouch on its own. It comes with short hair trigger locks, a rubberized grip, adjustable-tension thumbsticks, and 40 hours of battery life per charge for those long Starfield sessions.

The Core doesn't come with some of the additional accessories you get with the Elite version, such as a swappable D-pad, thumbsticks, and more. But if you simply want a great controller at a great price, you can hardly find a better one right now.
