HTC's upcoming flagship, currently dubbed (though the name may change) HTC 10, is not exactly a mystery any more.

Known leaker of gadget-related details, Steve Hemmerstoffer (or @OnLeaks on Twitter) last week shared a number of images of a HTC 10 prototype, along with a full set of specifications.

According to him, the 5.15-inch device will have a QHD (2,560x1,440 pixels) screen, a Snapdragon 820 processor, an Adreno 530 graphics chip, 4GB of RAM, a 12-megapixel back camera and a USB Type-C connector.

Another Twitter leaker (and Mashable contributor), Evan Blass or @evleaks, also posted what seem to be press photos of the silver variant of the device.

And on Monday, SlashGear posted photographs of what seems to be a finalized version of the HTC 10 in four colors: gold, silver, grey and white.

According to that report, the phone will also have both BoomSound and Dolby branding on its integrated audio system, meaning HTC hasn't given up on making its phones great in the sound department.

Another important is the release date, which according to SlashGear has been set to April 19.

None of this is confirmed by the company, whose mobile phone department was pretty much completely absent from this year's Mobile World Congress in Barcelona. We're still interested in what HTC has in stock, even though the company seems to be doing better selling VR headsets than phones these days.
