On 2 July, the Luxembourg law transposing the EU's Digital Operational Resilience Act (DORA) was officially published. DORA, which takes effect on 17 January 2025, establishes a standardized framework for managing digital risks across the European financial landscape. This new law designates the CSSF and CAA as the responsible authorities for overseeing DORA compliance within Luxembourg.
