[css-flexbox-3] Need editorial work on 'flex'

This is a late LC comment to complain that the 'flex' section is kindof
hard to read, and should be better. It's particularly hard to figure out
what automatic sizing does; there should be some notes on that in this
section so authors don't have to try to figure it out from the algorithm.
