You are right I do not know you and this is not a personal attack against you. It is the appearance of impropriety that this questions represents that is the problem. I think if you were to explain how this could happen with out the intent of the person would potentially be on the hook if they were arrested or persued in court for this action that would remove that problem.– ChadCommented Jun 9, 2015 at 16:14
