Goldwind, a trusted global strategic partner in clean energy, is seeking a (Senior) Project Development Manager for our Investment Function in the Central Asia region.
The role is based in Astana (Nur-Sultan), Kazakhstan and requires both domestic and international business trip, primarily in Central Asia region.
Responsibilities
Conduct in-depth research on wind energy sector in Central Asia region;
Identify and screen opportunities for investment and project development;
Foster and maintain positive relationship with government or other external stakeholders;
Complete due diligence, agreement negotiation and other investment documentations in collaboration with other functions of Goldwind;
Post-investment Management, including but not limited to, preparing budget resolution, monitoring the progress of project execution, supporting regular post-investment review, project transfer & exit analysis, etc.
Qualifications
Minimum a Bachelor's Degree, preferably in Finance/Economics/Business Administration/Engineering or similar fields, MBA is a plus;
Minimum 5 years of experience in business and project development in wind energy or renewable energy sector;
Have deep and up-to-date knowledge about wind and renewable energy sectors in Central Asia;
Excellent communication and analytical skills;
Team-oriented and result-oriented;
Demonstrated ability to manage complex projects as well as internal & external stakeholder relationship;
Full professional proficiency in Uzbek, English and Russian;
Able to travel domestically and internationally.
