Could you be the full-time Finance Project Manager (billing) in Astana we’re looking for?

Your future role

Main responsibilities:

• Participate in overall Project Management process jointly with Project Manager.
• Business Partnering:
• owning the billing procces and making sure they accurate and timely
• aggregate and manipulate data in Excel to prepare customized invoice
• prepare cash-in budget and forecast
• manage relationship with customer and collaborate with project team
• ensure compliance of finance rules in project review preparation and throughout project execution
• contribute on business agility and awareness.
• Raised "Early Warnings" when necessary to increase management attention.
• Cooperate with other expert functions (e.g. legal, platforms, Operational Excellence, etc.).
• Partner with PM and CM in Contract & Claim Management (focus on finance topics & risks profile).
• Controlling Project Warranty budget (actual vs forecast analysis).
  
  

Mainrequired Competences

• Bachelor of Economics/ Finance/ Accounting;
• Working experience (2+ years) in planning, financial modeling, cost controlling;
• Industrial sectors is a plus.
• Excellent knowledge in MS Excel, knowledge of SAP is a plus.
• Fluent in English.
