※懇親会へのご参加は「Go Conference mini 2023 Winter IN KYOTO」の参加者様に限らせて頂きます。

無断キャンセルについての対応

当日都合が悪くなって来れないことが分かった方は、お手数ですが速やかにキャンセル処理をお願いします。 無断キャンセルを行った方には、次回以降のGo Conferenceイベントの参加の優先順位を下げさせて頂く可能性があります。具体的には、以下のように無断キャンセルを行った方を対象といたします。

• 当日受付処理が行われなかった
• キャンセルが募集期間を過ぎて行った

このような処置をいたします理由としては、「無断キャンセルによって参加できない方を減らしたい」という意図から行っております。

なお、こちらの手違いでキャンセル処理をされた方は大変お手数ですが、kyotogo-staffs@googlegroups.com までご連絡をいただけますと幸いです。

運営者

本イベントは「Go Conference mini 2023 Winter IN KYOTO」の関連イベントとしてKyoto.go運営メンバーによって開催されている懇親会です。

その他

• 新型コロナウィルスの感染拡大等の不測の事態により、開催形態の変更・中止等を行う可能性があります。
• 現在、スポンサーの募集は行っておりません。
• 募集の締切は2023年10月21日21時を予定しています。
• 会場によっては社会人枠の金額が変動する可能性がありますが最大4000円でそれを超えることはありません。
  金額は「Go Conference mini 2023 Winter IN KYOTO」当日の会場でお知らせいたします。
• 現時点では「Go Conference mini 2023 Winter IN KYOTO」の会場受付でお支払い頂くことを想定しております。
  当日は案内に従って頂ければ幸いです。
• 今回学生枠をご用意させて頂きます。社会人枠で参加される方には申し訳ございませんが、学生枠の負担分を金額に含めさせて頂くことをご了承頂ければと思います。
• 学生枠は状況に応じて運営スタッフが応募資格を確認させて頂くことがございますので学生枠で参加される方は証明できるもの(学生証など)をご持参くださいませ。
• 会場内での撮影は禁止致しません。問題が起こった場合、運営は責任を取りかねますので当事者間での解決をお願い致します。
• SNS等で発信される場合は、公序良俗に反する内容とならないよう、ご配慮をお願いいたします。
• 未成年への喫煙、飲酒は法律で禁止されています。これらの行為が発覚した場合警察に通報する可能性があります。

Participation Fee

Adults: 4000 yen (pay on-site)
Students: 1000 yen (pay on-site)

※Payments will be accepted in cash only.

Response regarding Unauthorized Cancellations

For those who have found themselves unable to attend due to unforeseen circumstances on the day of the event, we kindly request prompt cancellation processing. Participants who engage in unauthorized cancellations may have their priority for future Go Conference events lowered. Specifically, the following criteria will be applied to individuals who perform unauthorized cancellations:

• Failure to complete the on-site check-in process on the event day.
• Cancellation performed after the application period has ended.

The reason for implementing these measures is to reduce the number of participants who are unable to attend due to unauthorized cancellations.

If, due to our error, you have been subjected to cancellation processing, we apologize for the inconvenience. Kindly contact us at kyotogo-staffs@googlegroups.com. Your understanding is greatly appreciated.

This social gathering is organized by the Kyoto.go management team as a related event to the "Go Conference mini 2023 Winter IN KYOTO".

Others

• Due to unforeseen circumstances such as the spread of the novel coronavirus, the event format may change or be canceled.
• We are not currently seeking sponsors.
• The deadline for applications is scheduled for October 21, 2023 at 9:00 p.m.
• Depending on the venue, the fee for adults may vary, but it will not exceed 4000 yen. The exact amount will be announced at the venue on the day of the "Go Conference mini 2023 Winter IN KYOTO".
• At this time, we plan to collect payments at the venue reception of the "Go Conference mini 2023 Winter IN KYOTO". Please follow the instructions on the day.
• We are offering a student discount this time. We apologize to those attending as adults, but please understand that the student discount is included in the fee.
• For those attending as students, our staff may check eligibility, so please bring proof (such as a student ID).
• Photography inside the venue is not prohibited. If any issues arise, the organizers cannot take responsibility, so we ask for resolution between the parties involved.
• When posting on social media, please ensure the content does not violate public order and morals.
• Smoking and drinking by minors are prohibited by law. If these actions are discovered, there is a possibility of reporting to the police.
