Over 2 days, Zain Iraq held a strategy meeting in Baghdad HQ to announce the group-wide initiative “UNITY” CX culture transformation program. This program was launched by the Vice Chairman and Group CEO, Mr.Bader Nasser Al-Kharafi, and in Iraq by our CEO, Mr. Emre Gurkan. The event was attended by all Zain Iraq senior management and representatives from all 3 main offices in Baghdad, Basra, and Erbil. It was a rich occasion to witness inspiring speeches from Zain Kuwait CEO Mr. Nawaf Algharabally and other senior leadership members before the UNITY blueprint was passed to Zain Iraq. This initiative addresses three critical pillars: Purpose, Employee Experience, and Customer Experience. It aligns with Zain’s goal of creating a human-centric organization that truly reflects our brand values and defines Customer-centricity as an enabler for long-term growth. Fahed Alshammari #UNITY #CX على مدار يومين، عقدت زين العراق اجتماعها الاستراتيجي في المقر الرئيسي في بغداد للإعلان عن مبادرة "UNITY" لتعزيز برامج تجربة المشتركين.  البرنامج أعلن بمبادرة من قبل نائب رئيس مجلس إدارة والرئيس التنفيذي لمجموعة زين السيد بدر ناصر الخرافي واطلقت في العراق من قبل الرئيس التنفيذي لزين العراق السيد ايمري غوركان. حضر الاجتماع جميع الإدارة التنفيذية لزين العراق وممثلين من جميع المكاتب الرئيسية في كل من بغداد، البصرة وأربيل. وشهدت مشاركات ثرية وملهمة من قبل الرئيس التنفيذي لزين الكويت السيد نواف الغربلي وعدد من الرؤساء التنفيذيين في زين الكويت قبل ان يتم تسليم وثيقة اعتماد “ UNITY” الى زين العراق. هذه المبادرة ترتكز على ثلاثة عناصر أساسية، الغاية وتجربة الموظفين وتجربة المشتركين لتعكس هدف زين في خلق عمل مؤسساتي يعتمد على تجربة مشتركيها وتعكس في ذات الوقت القيم للعلامة التجارية لزين لتكون تجربة المشتركين الدافع الأساسي لنمو طويل الأمد.  الاجتماع كان تفاعليا وتضمن استطلاعات رأي مباشرة للموظفين وجلسات عصف ذهني وتبادل للأفكار لجميع الموظفين.  ترقبوا المزيد من الاحداث حول استراتيجية زين المستقبلية!
