This role is pivotal in enhancing our ability to analyze user feedback effectively, which is crucial for understanding and addressing user needs. It supports existing team efforts by allocating dedicated resources to refine the tools and methodologies used for collecting, interpreting, and acting on user feedback.

Role & Responsibilities:

The role involves collecting feedback through interviews, analyzing user feedback tools, implementing technical enhancements, developing visually appealing reports, and ensuring collaboration and communication with team members and stakeholders to achieve project goals.

Job Requirements:

  • Knowledge of programming languages, with a focus on Python for data analysis and SQL for data extraction.
  • Experienced in using BigQuery (BQ) for handling large datasets.
  • Ability to utilize data visualization and reporting tools such as Looker.
  • Skilled in data manipulation and application of statistical methods to analyze datasets.
  • Familiar with workflow automation tools, notably Airflow for scheduling and monitoring.
  • Experience with version control systems, preferably Git.
  • Knowledgeable in implementing Large Language Models (LLMs) for text analysis.
  • Strong ability to analyze and interpret complex data, turning data into actionable insights.
  • Ability to effectively collaborate within a team environment, actively sharing insights and participating in discussions.
  • Capable of clearly articulating findings and insights to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Ideal Candidate’s Profile:

  • Student in the STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Mathematics) field, aligning with the technical and analytical demands of the role.
  • Demonstrates strong analytical skills and quantitative reasoning, essential for effective data analysis and statistical interpretation.
  • Capable of gathering, interpreting, and utilizing user feedback data to drive decision-making processes.
