As a Sales Execution and Compliance Lead, you will play a crucial role in optimising our sales processes and ensuring compliance with regulations and internal policies for our WW Education team. In this position, you will leverage your deep understanding of sales execution, training requirements, attention to detail to drive results and impact our WW Education Channel business for years to come.

Description

In this role, you will: - Partner with the WW Design team on training content development and distribution to the Channel - Work closely with the Sales team to streamline and optimize sales processes for maximum efficiency and effectiveness. - Identify opportunities for improvement in sales workflows, tools, and communication channels. - Implement and enforce best practices to enhance the overall sales execution. - Ensure that the sales team is informed and compliant. - Conduct regular audits and assessments to evaluate compliance with internal policies and external regulations. - Provide ongoing guidance and support to sales representatives on compliance-related matters. - Maintain accurate records of compliance activities, ensuring documentation is complete and accessible. - Develop and deliver training programs to educate the sales team on compliance standards and best practices. - Collaborate with legal and regulatory affairs teams to interpret and communicate changes in compliance requirements. - Generate reports on compliance metrics and key performance indicators - Communicate findings and recommendations to senior leadership to drive continuous improvement. - Work closely with cross functional teams on alignment

Minimum Qualifications

  • Typically requires minimum of 5+ years of related experience
  • Experience in program management, project management, sales operations, or similar role driving channel strategy development and execution
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
