Responsibilities:
As a Senior Backend Engineer, your role will encompass designing Technical/Integration Architectures, including development, runtime, and operations architectures.
You'll define scalable solutions utilizing Service Oriented Architecture (SOA) patterns and microservices, automating business process models and leveraging cloud-based services.
Your expertise will be pivotal in designing message and event-driven architectures, as well as leading the implementation of large, complex solutions from project inception to solution "go-live."
Additionally, you'll provide technical design across multiple projects and clients, offer Technology Consulting services, manage risks, issues, and dependencies of scoped solutions, and spearhead roadmaps for integration technologies.
Requirements:
●Hold a degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related subject.
●Possess 4+ years of intensive Java backend development and solution architecture experience, utilizing technologies such as Java, Spring Boot, API Security, Redis, SQL, RabbitMQ and NoSQL databases, Docker, and Kubernetes.
●Demonstrated proficiency in Java 8 or Java 11.
●Strong grasp of Agile software development processes, approaches, and methods, with experience scaling to the Enterprise and managing release management processes.
●Thought leadership and technical knowledge coupled with delivery experience in areas such as Legacy platform migration, RESTful APIs and API gateways, and Microservices-based Architecture.
●Ability to influence and guide senior stakeholders on technical solutions.
●Excellent documentation, presentation, and communication skills.
