For a project of expansion and development, we are looking for an Industrial Engineer (IE), reporting to the Plant Manager, who will contribute to the creation of the vision for the whole production system, in terms of targets and standard operating characteristics.

This last encompasses the way processes have to be run to achieve the targets, the technology used and the future system evolutions.

The IE will support the team efforts to identify the gaps (actual output versus target output) during processes execution and to eliminate their causes and will support the organization to design and drive the evolution toward the next level of system capability and performance achievement.

Main responsibilities:

• Study and analysis of manufacturing processes to define the “as is” status.
• Study and analysis the current information management system: the production planning processes, the production scheduling and the tracking of execution.
• Support the identification of the performance gap and solve them through a structured problem-solving approach.
• Support the team in strengthening its execution capabilities (set the vision, see the gap, close the gap).
• In cooperation with all the functions, prepare and maintain the documentation related to the processes and the operating procedures
• Support the design the future state for the processes: performance, management, technology, digitalization and automation
• In cooperation with all the functions, prepare the specifications of the new processes and system.
• Support the implementation of the new processes and the new systems through a structured project management approach.
• Be a key player in the deployment of Zuegg Industrial Engineering System.

Competencies and Experiences:

• University Bachelor (Management or Industrial Engineering)
• 3/4 years of Industrial Engineering experience in structured manufacturing companies. Having experience in food and beverage industry is a plus.
• Proven competency on improvement methodology like Lean, WCM, 6 Sigma
• Proven competency in project management
• Competency in Sales and Operational Planning, Production Planning and Production Scheduling
• Experience in automation and digitalization projects
• Advanced ability in using Excel (MS Office)
• English fluent, written and spoken.
