Our Mr. Cooper team in India recently celebrated their annual event, “Zenith," where we brought together a vibrant community of more than 2,500 participants. The energy levels were electric throughout the event, fueled by captivating cultural performances, our annual awards ceremony and the inspiring presence of our biggest Cheerleaders – CEO Jay Bray, and Chief Information Officer, Sridhar Sharma. At Mr. Cooper, we make it a point to prioritize team member wellness. This International Yoga Day, our Mr. Cooper team in India participated in a fantastic desk yoga session led by a seasoned yoga practitioner. From the seated cat-cow pose to pranayama, the session was a great opportunity to work on flexibility, strength and mindfulness right at our desks. This World Environment Day, our Mr. Cooper team in India joined the global theme “Reimagine, Recreate, Restore" by planting 15 saplings 🌳 each in Chennai and Bengaluru. We also introduced bamboo paper towels to reduce our carbon footprint and implemented Trio Dustbins for better waste segregation and recycling ♻ It was a fun and fulfilling World Environment Day, and we’re excited to keep working toward a greener future for our shared home we call Earth! 🌏 #WeAreMrCooper and we are #GenerationRestoration! #WorldEnvironmentDay2024 #Sustainability #GreenFuture

In celebration of Earth Day, our Mr. Cooper team in India organized a special tree planting event in Chennai and Bangalore as part of our environmental sustainability and conservation efforts. The goal was to plant 15 saplings of various fruits and flowers to promote green living in the neighborhood. The event in Chennai, held at a public park, started with a litter cleanup, followed by an environmental protection pledge, and moved on to planting 15 tree saplings. Similarly, in Bangalore, 15 saplings were planted at a local primary school. As a way of showing appreciation for their efficient service, breakfast was offered to the staff members of the sanitation teams of the local administrative bodies, as well as the staff members of the primary school at the event. As part of an ongoing effort to give back to the community, our Technology team in India recently hosted an Hour of Code event in partnership with a local university near Chennai. 159 students from grades six to nine, representing various public schools in the area, participated in this year’s Hour of Code event that was supported by about 60 Mr. Cooper volunteers. It was an amazing event where students who may have limited or no exposure to computers were able to learn the basics of coding through fun, interactive ways.
