We are currently looking for a Source to Pay Manager to join us at our facility in Gurugram, Haryana.

Key responsibilities:

• Lead a time of full-time, dedicated project team members engaged the implementation and deployment of Source to Pay processes within the S/4 HANA platform and accompanying SAP Ariba On-Demand solutions
• Drive all STP Workstream project work in accordance with overall Axalta S/4 HANA Business Transformation Project milestones and objectives
• Represent the Source to Pay (STP) Workstream’s deployment progress-to-plan to the PMO and other key stakeholders, including ExCom members
• Oversee the translation of business requirements into system and process designs that leverage the best practices embedded within SAP and Ariba applications
• Lead testing and deployment of STP Workstream processes and transaction in the S/4 HANA environment, including stakeholder training and support
• Collaborate with leaders of the other project workstreams to navigate interdependencies and collaborative design and deployment approaches
• Hold Axalta’s external deployment partner accountable for providing proper resourcing and project management to meet required timelines
• Represent the Axalta STP community through knowledge sharing, mentoring, and networking, including serving as a project ambassador to the broader Procurement team
• Drive development of training materials and decision documents to ensure institutionalization
• Partner with PSE leadership and team members to ensure smooth transitions into steady-state after go-live procedures are completed
  
  
  

Skills and Requirements:

Key requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Management, IT, or a technical field
• Experience with designing and implementing global Enterprise Resource Planning Systems such as SAP S/4 HANA and spend management systems such as Ariba is highly desirable
• Five years of global procurement experience across direct and indirect categories
• Experience successfully managing complex projects with several interdependent workstreams, a PMO, external partners, and the involvement of senior-level stakeholders
• Balanced leadership style
• Superior verbal and written communication skills
• Strong software skills including Excel, Word, PowerPoint
• Strong problem-solving capability
• Time zone flexibility to collaborate with global team members
• Ability to travel about 10%, including international travel.
