Key Roles & Responsibilities:
As a Creative Content Specialist/Visual Communications Specialist, the individual would be responsible for;
Proposal Management:
Reviewing RFPs (Request for Proposals) and understanding client requirements.
Coordinating and collaborating inputs from various teams.
Ensuring compliance with RFP guidelines.
Editing and proofreading proposal content.
Presentation Design:
Developing visually appealing slide decks.
Using tools like PowerPoint, and Prezi.
Incorporating branding elements and graphics.
Creating compelling charts, graphs, and data visualizations.
Design Tools Proficiency:
Expertise in Photoshop, Illustrator, and other relevant design software.
Ability to work with .cdr files (CorelDRAW).
Expertise with video editing tools like Adobe Premiere Pro.
Requirements and Skills:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Visual Communications or related field would be advantageous.
Minimum 2 years of experience in document services, presentation development, or a similar role.
Practical exposure to creating polished presentations and proposals as per organization branding.
Understanding of business processes and project management.
Ability to follow RFP guidelines precisely.
Proficiency in tools like PowerPoint, Photoshop, CorelDRAW, and Premiere Pro for video editing.
Effective written and verbal communication.
Ability to work with cross-functional teams.
Strong visual storytelling and design sensibility.
