We are currently looking for a Area Sales Manager to join us and achieving sales and collection targets for Premium Business (Automotive Refinish) in Punjab, Himachal Pradesh, Jammu & Kashmir.
Key responsibilities:
Degree in paint technology/ Chemical Engineering, The ideal candidate should have a background in Paints / Chemicals with experience of handling Bodyshop Customers Should have exposure in industry like Paint (Refinish), Tyre, Lubricants, Automobile.

We are currently looking for a Area Sales Manager to join us and achieving sales and collection targets for Premium Business (Automotive Refinish) in Punjab, Himachal Pradesh, Jammu & Kashmir.
Key responsibilities:
- Network / Channel Management
- Managing a network comprising Body Shops and Distributors, ensuring smooth operations, and developing growth opportunities within each
- Identifying and Developing New Distribution channels / Bodyshop Customers
- Target key OEMs and their dealerships (e.g., Maruti, Hyundai, KIA, Toyota, Honda, TATA) to maximize revenue and market reach
- Maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including distributors and body shop customers
- Ensure timely sharing of key performance metrics with key accounts, implement paint management software, and organize skill contests etc
- Timely submission of OEM Data within the organisation
- Co - Ordinating with Technical Teams, Finance, Logistics etc for smooth delivery of customer service
- Sales / Collection - Targets
- Achieve assigned sales targets, ensure timely collections, and reconcile accounts for business hygiene
- Demand / Inventory Forecasting
- Forecasting Demand accurately for smooth supplies to end customers
- Market Intelligence
- Provide timely market intelligence on competitor activities (e.g., new accounts, products) to keep management informed
- Profitability
- Improve overall business profitability by optimizing product mix and implementing leakage controls at body shops
- Acquire and maintain business according to established objectives and guidelines
- Other Responsibilities
- Ensure usage and support of distributor-end software
- Submit customer call reports in a timely manner
