Here's how you can prioritize features when developing a product.
There are many ways and frameworks to prioritize a feature. Top-3 frameworks for feature prioritization. 1. MaSCoW - Must-Have, Should-Have, Could-Have, and Won’t-Have 2. RICE Scoring - Reach, Impact, Confidence, Effort Formula: RICE Score = (Reach * Impact * Confidence) / Effort 3. Kano Model - Basic Needs, Performance Needs, and Excitement Needs Other than the frameworks these are two key factors that need to be considered. 1. Business Goals 2. Customer Feedback Loops

Here's how you can balance learning and work as a Product Manager.
Regular learning is a key attribute of any product manager. I dedicate 2-3 hours a day on weekdays and 4 hours on the weekends and sometimes it's okay to skip weekends as the cooling period is essential for every individual. Things like industry research, market research, competitor analysis, technology advancements, new strategies, and old case studies are the ones that set you apart from other product managers and your applied learning will lead to a successful outcome for your product. For me, learning and working is part of my daily schedule and I don't see both of them differently as both of them enhance the growth of the product.

Here's how you can effectively communicate your vision as a product manager using storytelling techniques.
The best skill across the globe is storytelling. If you are the best storyteller you can convince anything or everything to anyone. We need to understand to whom we are communicating our vision as we cannot narrate the same story to all the key stakeholders. The presentations and articulation of a visionary story should be different for each individual as product managers deal with many stakeholders like leadership, sales, marketing, technology, & other support functions. The driving outcome for each stakeholder is different but everyone wants the product to be successful & highest selling. Drive the communication based on their KPIs, if the product is meeting their KPI then that matters a lot to that specific stakeholder.

Here's how you can navigate conflicts between team members as a product manager.
Conflicts are bound to happen for many reasons, I have seen both healthy & unhealthy conflicts. Healthy conflicts are the ones where your team members are passionate about your product and have different perspectives to build, market, & deliver which increases the sales of the product. We need to listen to both perspectives, consider the best perspective, & explain why this is best by backing up with case studies, experiences, & data-backed proofs. These conflicts are the biggest wins for your organization & customers. Unhealthy conflicts are the ones that come from human egos / personal reasons, these are the ones you need to communicate & resolve or take to the respective authority as these conflicts should not affect the team harmony.
