“Ashish is a very good frontend developer. I worked with him when we were working on NAD (New Age Delivery) platform. We were using Angular-8 at that time and he played important role for creating reusable components for the software. In addition, he also helped his collegues to solve difficult problems. I had a great experience working with him, as he is very punctual & professional about his work and dedicated towards his milestones/life goals.”

What are the best ways for a beginning programmer to gain experience?
If you are confused as to which project should you start working on, think of a problem you encounter in your daily life and ask "Can I make an mobile or web app or tool for this?" This will give you the motivation to complete the app because it will bring direct value to your life (even better if it impacts others). As a beginner, the app doesn't need to be perfect, just get started and you will realise that there are several gaps in your knowledge, e.g. How will I build and deploy my code? this is the golden opportunity for you to fill these gaps! It will also give you a taste of all the steps involved right from designing and testing to deploying your app, giving you greater confidence when faced with similar problems the next time.

What are the most effective ways to document code in a team environment?
High Level Documentation of the Project can be invaluable for new teammates who are getting familiar with the system. It should typically include details such as Architecture diagram, key components and entities, external entities, data flow between entities, high level infrastructure requirements, any open source packages used, etc. After an initial orientation and knowledge transfer, sharing the docs can help a new teammate take off and start contributing quickly. It can make your team more productive since less bandwidth of the team is consumed in onboarding a new teammate. A high level design document is also helpful to the business and stakeholders to analyse and reason about key components of the solution.
