A very very emotional day for me… I still remember 4th of july 2020 when we started,i told Chetan Siyal bas 10 orders karna hai daily. Cut too 4 years from there to today is been a roller coaster. All of this has happened because we believed in it and want to share my experience if that helps and changes 1 person’s life its worth it. 1. Never fool your customers,its okay to ship late,its okay to send a defective product by mistake but not okay if you want to fool them. 2. In the 0-1 journey give everything you have,its 90% hustle and figure the most unique way to crack PMF. 3. In the 1-10 journey start getting a structure in place,hire folks smarter than you most people think if they are the owner/founder they are supposed to be the smartest. 4. Respect your suppliers/enablers build trust and very strong relationships,we bootstrapped Snitch until the 200cr journey with our suppliers money,because when you grow even they grow and invest in you. 5. As founder you need to be the example of what you want your team to be,its okay if you fail i have also failed a lot of times,but stay true to your work and have that GRIT. 6. START - most people i meet have the most amazing ideas,but they never start.I hear people say i am doing my research and stuff,bullshit go out there and start. 7. Speak to your customers often,and keep asking them questions. 8. Focus - don’t deviate from why you started. 9. I did not know anything about technology,nor management nor how startups run,but the only thing i knew was to get smart folks and share my vision and invest in them. 10. DREAM BIG - business is a marathon not a sprint,you must run the course,at-least walk or even crawl and the courage to do that is the only way to build a rock solid company. 11.
