"Yogesh, I have no pictures of mine. Can you still revamp my profile?" Rohan asked me this on our call. I replied you are talking to the Founder of Revamp Tribe. There is nothing in the world of revamping that we can't do. And that's when we started revamping Rohan's Profile. The next thing he asked was, what should be a guide to an Entrepreneur who is new on LinkedIn? And here is my reply: 1. Personal Brand Think of your LinkedIn profile as your resume and business card at the same time. → Keep it professional → Optimize for keywords → Showcase your strengths → Use a professional headshot 2. Network → Connect with your industry pros → Engage with users by commenting on their posts → Follow industry leaders, influencers, companies, & groups 3. Content Share content that promotes your brand and elevates your position within the industry. → Write relevant content → Share your personal stories → Engage with others by asking questions 4. Sales A well-branded profile, strong network, and engaging content can drive sales. → Share success stories → Use targeted LinkedIn ads → Use LinkedIn Messenger to build relationships There you have it, the entrepreneur's guide to LinkedIn. "Okay, so I am going to follow this for sure, Yogesh" And btw, take a look at Rohan's Profile !! So, how much would you rate Rohan's Revamp? (Out of 10). We have kept it minimalistic. P.S. This is our 15th case study being published. P.P.S. If you wish to get your profile revamped, feel FREE to book an appointment with us. Cheers! #personalbranding #revamptribe #casestudies

YASH and I discussed, what's the way to build wealth! And we came to a concrete conclusion. For a modern-day entrepreneur, it is very easy to start a business even without capital. (at least for the service-based entrepreneurs) But as they scale there will always be a cost. Now most of this new age entrepreneurs or even agency owners think of saving costs as much as possible by: ↳ Hiring a Noob ↳ Not Investing in tools ↳ Saving costs with low-quality service They don't understand this small thing that by doing this they might be able to save a good amount of cost (at that point), but their business will never scale. For scaling you need to buy time and you can buy time by spending money. How? By hiring great employees, investing in tools, and whatnot. At Revamp Tribe, do you know how we revamp a profile? We have a process for everything. On one account 4 people work. ↳ I take discovery calls myself and close the leads. Because I know I have more conversion due to my sales experience. ↳ My copywriter takes an interview of the client and writes copy for his/her profile to make it stand out. ↳ My designer works on the copies approved by the client and creates beautiful designs around the same. ↳ My revamp guy then revamps the whole profile by putting everything in one place. We keep one person extra everywhere to make sure that the experience is seamless for our clients. (That's how you get referrals) and that's how you get more sales and money! That's simple maths. Believe me, entrepreneurship is not easy. It might feel easy that Yogesh today you have got money hence you can do so. Well, when I didn't have it, still I found people with whom I could have delegated and shared a chunk of profit. That's how business is done! What are your ways to create wealth through business? Let me know in the comments. Cheers! P.S. If you want the same seamless experience of getting your profile revamped. All you need is an appointment booked with us. The button is near the name on this post itself. Cheers!

Yogesh, when are you revamping my profile? Sunidhi asked me while going through case studies. I replied, "Neki aur puch puch" And we did a revamp for her as well. You know: If LinkedIn were a bar, your profile would be your first drink. It’s what makes a first impression and creates a lasting memory. Is yours bland or bold? Aim for bold. Here are my top tips to revamp your LinkedIn profile for success: 1) Headline Hack → Make it about what you can do for others 2) Photo Upgrade → No selfies. Invest in headshots 3) Summary Shuffle → Avoid buzzwords. Tell a story instead 4) Work Experience Takeover → Highlight transferrable skills 5) Skill Section Expansion → "Hard" skills + "Soft" skills = Gold 6) Endorsement Hedge → Get endorsements from a few who matter 7) Wrong Connection Removal → Clear the clutter & focus on what counts With these tips in mind, your profile will go from drab to fab in no time. And who knows, you may just get a shot at your dream opportunity. So, how much would you rate Sunidhi's Revamp? (Out of 10) P.S. This is our 14th case study being published. How many more do you think we will publish? P.P.S. If you wish to get your profile revamped, feel FREE to book an appointment with us. Cheers!

"Your Network is Your Networth". You have heard it wrong so many times. The statement is incomplete. First, to build your network, you should build your self-worth. Then you will be able to easily build a decent net worth. Let me prove that: How many times have you lent money to a person you don't trust (despite that person being in your network)? Most of your answers would be "Zero" (0). Because, we like to deal with people who have got self-confidence, self-esteem, in short self-worth. Now let's take this situation: Suppose you went to a networking event. The next moment you saw a very influential person there. You said to yourself, "Let me click a picture with him or exchange numbers with him.". When you went to him in excitement, you saw him surrounded by so many of his fans, that you changed your decision. So no picture, no number exchange. Now you know why did you stop? Not because that person was so occupied. But because of a SELF-DOUBT. "Agar mujhe ignore kar diya toh?" "Agar number dene se mana kar diya toh?" "Agar picture khichwane se mana kar diya toh?" In reality, the crowd thing was just a reason to convince yourself. But if you would have self-confidence, you would have easily walked to the person and met him. Does it feel like a hypothetical situation? When I was invited to Narsee Monjee College in Mumbai, that's how I networked with so many influential people. I exchanged numbers with Dr. Tanu Jain (IAS), Karan Singh (CEO of Sunburn), Anant Ladha, Pushkar Raj Thakur, and so many more personalities. Hence, this is a real story. They are human. You are a human as well. Jyada se jyada kya hoga, baat nahi karenge. (Arey theek hai bhai, zindagi thodi khatam ho jayegi)? So, focus on building yourself. (and become that impactful person) with whom you always wanted to click (that one picture, one moment, one video) Become so good, that you become a role model for others. Okay? Ab bht hua gyaan, kar lete hai kuch kaam! Cheers. Tag your role model in the comment section. P.S. People will be ready to network with you if your profile creates confidence. We have revamped 50+ profiles so far. The next can be yours. Just feel FREE to "Book an appointment with us. Cheers!

One simple step to put your team on steroids. Any team. Hear me again - any team! So, when I was building Revamp Tribe (a 100% remote agency) the challenge in my mind was - whether my team would give their 100%. ↳ Will they deliver results? ↳ Will they complete it on time? ↳ Will they be competent enough? And so many more questions that would never stop haunting me. Then I revisited my days at Byjus. When COVID-19 happened, we transitioned from a 100% Office-Based Company to a 100% Virtual Company. And still, our sales were almost 10xed. How? How were the employees still motivated? The salaries were still the same. Incentive - Yes! That was increased. We humans have a tendency to walk an extra mile if we get something extra and what is that extra? Hence, I did the same for my team. When I hired my ghostwriter, I thought to myself why will the person write better and care about our client? That can only be possible if they get something extra for writing better. Hence for every organization, I suggest you should have an output-based incentive that will help you not only retain your clients but also retain the motivation of your employees! Let me give you the example of Tanmay Bhatt (a content creator) who earns crores. Why do you think he is able to retain his video editor? Well in case you don't know, Tanmay Bhat shares a percentage of his brand deals with his video editor. Yes Yes Yes! The better he edits, the more the video gets viral. The more viral it is the more deals he gets and the more deals he gets, the more money his editors make as well. It's a loop. So take the extra mile and introduce some incentives for your employees and you will see your organization grow like crazy!! Theek hai! Lets growwwwwwwww! So are you incentivized or do you pay incentives? Let me know. P.S. If you want to grow as a brand, we are revamping profiles like crazy. Just "Book an Appointment with us". Cheers!

Yogesh, how can you make my profile ultra-professional? That's what Richa Valecha asked me when she approached me. She said, "Yogesh, we have a lot of competition in our field." "I want my profile to stand out. It should more be like a landing page, where they can see my expertise, achievements, and clients' results, everything! I replied, "Don't worry. Your profile is in safe hands". So, we searched through all the profiles in the industry that talk about English Communication, IELTS, and PTE Coaching, and finally came up with what you see. But how can you convert your profile into a Landing Page like we did for Richa? Well, that's simple. 1. Nail your headline: Make it clear who you are and what you offer. For Richa we wrote "I'll Turn Your English Barriers into Opportunities for Global Careers" 2. Amp up your summary: Tell your story and make readers feel something. In case you Richa we did the same and also listed our services. 3. Highlight your expertise: Showcase your skills and experience. We revamped her Experience left-right and center. 4. Use multimedia: Sprinkle in videos, slideshows, and articles. As you see, we made a video as the default window and also added multimedia everywhere. 5. Show social proof: Share your testimonials, endorsements, and awards. We added proofs in the services section along with the video testimonials in the case study sections. 6. Have a clear call-to-action - What do you want your visitors to do next? The CTA here is well directed towards booking a consultation with her. Your LinkedIn Profile should be your career's launchpad, your marketing tool, and your personal brand's face. So, when in doubt, ask yourself: "Can someone tell why I'm awesome from my LinkedIn profile?" Got it? So, how much would you rate this revamp out of 10? Let me know. P.S. If you want an awesome LinkedIn Profile Revamp just like Richa Valecha, we are just a discovery call away. Team Revamp Tribe is always on duty. Cheers!

Consistency doesn't mean posting daily. And the person who posts daily (me) is saying this. Well, you can call me a hypocrite for doing so! But I post daily because I like it. I have a lot of content to share. But does that mean the person who is not posting daily is not consistent? The answer is: "Maybe or Maybe Not" Let me prove it to you. Jasmin posts Mon-Thur at 4 PM IST. He doesn't post on the other 3 days. He will be called consistent. Because his promise to himself is for 4 days and not 7. Ryan posts at 6 PM IST. He doesn't post at any other time. He will be called consistent. Because he promises to post at that time. I post 7 days a week, 365 days at 9 AM IST. But I have been inconsistent at times. I have missed days. Because my promise to myself is 7 days a week. If that had been 4 days a week for me, I would have been consistent. So, consistency is more about sticking to your own commitment. ↳ If you are committed to giving value whenever you post, you are consistent towards giving value. ↳ If you are committed to posting at the same time every day, you are consistent with the posting time. The idea behind consistency is to make it more of a periodical affair. Hitting the gym for 30 minutes a day daily will keep you ahead of someone who is going just a day and doing it for 3.5 hours. Read that again! You cannot fulfill your lost days in the upcoming days. Your time is limited. If you are not a money billionaire. Remember you are at least a time billionaire. Samjhe? Baaki video bhi dekh lo :) What is your consistent time of posting on LinkedIn? Let me know! P.S. If you want to be consistent with your branding all across. Your profile picture speaks volumes. ↳ It's your first impression. ↳ It's your digital handshake. ↳ It's your personal brand's logo. And it's screaming something to your audience. So what can you do to have a good one? So, actually you should: ↳ Hire a professional photographer ↳ Choose a clear background ↳ Dress professionally ↳ Use natural light ↳ Smile genuinely and put that picture. But if you don't have room for the same right now! Just use the tool I have mentioned in the video. So, what do you want your profile picture to say about you? P.S. How can you stand out in a crowded niche? This case study will clear this doubt instantly ↓ We all know that the podcast market has been very crowded these days. Every Tom, Dick, and Harry wants to start a podcast including me. But the problem is there are so many podcasts already, that it's hard to beat to be the best. So, how did a person like Nikhil Kamath is beating everyone in this game? The answer is unique positioning: Imagine a podcast where the best-known in the industry talk casually. When you see Raj's podcast or Ranveer, it will never feel like a casual conversation. Also, none of their podcast is like a bible. But what Nikhil did was, he started with an intent in mind to make the topic-wise bible for entrepreneurs out there. Now let me help you look through another lens: At some point, Angel One was the leading stock broker that people used and today Grow and Zerodha are leading the market at 1st position and 2nd position respectively. But mark my words and save this post. Nikhil Kamath's Zerodha will beat Groww in the game super soon (because of his growing personal brand) which the Groww founder doesn't have! Today, any consumer-facing brand needs a face, because people trust people, and by interviewing such powerful people he is building a brand that will be more memorable. So, if you want to stand out in a crowded market: ↳ Start building your personal brand. ↳ Be consistent with the visual branding. ↳ Build a unique positioning with new elements. Take my case, the personal branding industry has 90% of the women dominating it. So I thought of disrupting this industry by being unique. Everyone was focusing on ghostwriting but there was no unique & premium solution for LinkedIn Profile Revamps. Hence we are disrupting this white space now by positioning Revamp Tribe as the one-stop re-branding solution! Rest check out the video. So, how do you stand out in a crowded niche? Let me know in the comments! Repost (♻️) to help others understand the concept better. Save it to refer to it later anytime. P.S. If you want to position yourself uniquely and have no idea how to do that. Just send a DM and we will get it done for you. Cheers!
