Happy to announce NIVEA India's continued commitment to sustainability! Our Distributor Quality Program is not just about transforming plastic waste into functional units; it's a bold step towards a greener future. Since 2021, we've partnered with 57 top distributors to reduce plastic waste and enhance quality infrastructure, cultivating a culture of eco-consciousness. This initiative reflects our dedication to lasting social and environmental change, benefiting communities across India. NIVEA's eco-initiative has recycled 65 tons of multi-layer plastic (MLP) in four and a half years, converting it into eco-friendly sheets to replace traditional wooden panels. These are distributed to suppliers across 39 cities, ensuring safe and sustainable product management. The effort has conserved 1755 cubic meters of water, offset 358 tons of CO2 emissions, and created over 1000 jobs.
