I met a star. I hugged a star. I got kissed by a star. Kali the star, the rescued chonk of fluff at Heads Up For Tails (HUFT) Elgin road store. Kali is adopted by HUFT embodies their admirable policy of caring for street animals in the area they establish a store. Last month, they helped us at India Autism Center rescue and groom a little kitten that had been abandoned. And they charged us? Absolutely nothing. Services that would typically cost around 2000 rupees were offered at no cost. Today, I feel loved and blessed to know Kali and to witness the compassion and dedication of organisations like Heads Up For Tails. It's heartwarming to see organizations like this making a real difference. Do you know of such organisations that make a difference?

To assess the situation and help them correctly, HUFTians and Delhi HUFT Tribe members became #StreetieCareReady by conducting a masterclass on basic first aid at our partner Vet Hospital, DCC Pets. 🐾 Dr. Vinod Sharma helped us understand how to perform basic first aid skills to save a life.
