#Infertility is a common yet challenging issue that affects many couples worldwide. However, IVF is not always successful and can be physically, emotionally, and financially demanding. #Ayurveda offers a holistic approach to improving fertility for both men and women. #Panchakarma, a #detoxification and rejuvenation process has been found to enhance fertility. This treatment includes various therapies that cleanse the body and balance the #doshas, crucial for reproductive health. Focusing on #diet, lifestyle, and natural remedies, Ayurveda supports overall #wellbeing and boosts fertility naturally. #Personalized Panchakarma treatments can improve sperm and ovum quality essential for a healthy and viable embryo, increasing chances of conception, even after IVF failures, and promoting a healthy pregnancy and childbirth. The #monsoon season, from mid-July to mid-September, offers relief from the scorching summer heat, soothing the dry earth. But it also brings health challenges ranging from common #cold and #skinissues to serious illnesses like #dengue due to the sudden weather changes. The sun moves southward in this period called 'Dakshinayana', and this period leads to weakened body strength, reduced #metabolism, and lowered #immunity. In Ayurveda, immunity is termed ‘vyadhi-kshamatva’ which refers to the body's ability to resist and combat diseases. To maintain health during the rainy season, Ayurveda recommends adhering to specific #dietary and #lifestyle practices to balance the Vata and Pitta #doshas and protect Agni (metabolism). Consuming light, freshly prepared meals and immunity-boosting foods like green gram soup is essential. Warm vegetable soups spiced with pepper, ginger, asafoetida, and turmeric are beneficial, while raw and stale foods should be avoided. In #Kerala, the traditional #KarkidakaChikitsa practice during the monsoon, from mid-July to August, aims to rebalance the doshas through #Panchakarma procedures and other #personalized therapies. These treatments #detoxify and rejuvenate the body, enhancing immunity and overall resilience. Incorporating Ayurveda practices into your daily routine can help build a robust immune system and maintain health during the monsoon season. Read this blog by one of our Ayurveda experts to understand how to boost your immunity during monsoon with Ayurveda with certain dietary and lifestyle tips to be followed in this period. https://bit.ly/3Y444nM To book an #appointment with one of our Ayurveda Specialists, contact us at 89512 44003 or email us at care@ayurvaid.com Visit our website to learn more about Apollo AyurVAID and our multi-specialties https://www.ayurvaid.com/ #ayurveda #ayurvedic #ayurvedacare #ayurvediccare #healthcare #medicalcare #varsharithu #monsoon #monsoonhealthtips #healthtips #wellness #apollo #apolloayurvaid #ayurvaid #ayurvaidhospitals #bangalore #bengaluru #kochi #chennai #newdelhi #delhi #ayurvedadiet #ayurvedicdiet #diettips #lifestyle #karkidakachikitsa #monsoonwellness #insurance #insurancebrokers #hr #cashless

According to #Ayurveda, the year is divided into six #seasons known as rithus: Shishira (Winter), Vasant (Spring), Greeshma (Summer), Varsha (Monsoon), Sharad (Autumn), and Hemant (Pre-Winter). The period from mid-July to mid-September is known as #VarshaRithu or the #Monsoon season. During this time, the sun moves towards the south, a phase known as Dakshinayana or Visarga Kala. The body’s strength declines this season, and the Agni (metabolism) becomes very low. The rainy season causes hassle due to increased toxins in the body, weakening the #immune and digestive systems. We can navigate the monsoon with resilience and vitality by embracing Ayurveda practices such as Karkidaka Chikitsa, #Panchakarma therapies, and adopting a balanced diet and lifestyle adjustments. Let us heed Ayurveda's wisdom to rejuvenate and fortify our health during this transformative season. For a comprehensive and effective approach to the monsoon season, it is advisable to consider the #personalized #KarkidakaChikitsa program. Our team at Apollo AyurVAID provides a classical and authentic Ayurveda treatment plan tailored to your specific needs during this time of year. With a focus on holistic healing and rejuvenation, our program aims to enhance overall well-being and boost immunity. Trust in our expertise and experience to guide you towards a healthier and more balanced lifestyle this monsoon season. Watch Dr.Shrinivasa Pandey, our Additional Chief Physician, as he shares essential health tips for the monsoon season, along with important do’s and don’ts to keep you safe and healthy. https://lnkd.in/dYbWrETs To book an #appointment with one of our Ayurveda Specialists, contact us at 89512 44003 or email us at care@ayurvaid.com Visit our website to learn more about Apollo AyurVAID and our multi-specialties https://www.ayurvaid.com/ #ayurveda #ayurvedic #ayurvedacare #ayurvediccare #healthcare #medicalcare #varsharithu #monsoon #monsoonhealthtips #healthtips #wellness #apollo #apolloayurvaid #ayurvaid #ayurvaidhospitals #bangalore #bengaluru #kochi #chennai #newdelhi #delhi #ayurvedadiet #ayurvedicdiet #diettips #lifestyle #karkidakachikitsa #monsoonwellness #insurance #insurancebrokers #hr #cashless

The alarming rise in dengue cases is the matter of concern in #India, with a characteristic #spike seen in the southern states of India. The ongoing #monsoon season, with its resultant stagnant water puddles and high humidity, has created an ideal environment for mosquitoes to thrive. As dengue cases surge, it becomes imperative to take preventive measures and manage the #infection effectively if contracted. It is crucial to eliminate #mosquito breeding sites, use repellents, and wear protective clothing. If you or a family member suspects dengue fever, close #monitoring is essential as the disease can escalate rapidly and potentially lead to a medical #emergency. Managing dengue involves ample rest, increased fluid intake, and regular monitoring of #platelet counts. The most critical period is around the third day of illness when the patient may start to feel better and become afebrile, yet close observation is needed to detect any complications. At Apollo AyurVAID, doctors emphasize the importance of adhering to a specific #diet and #lifestyle for managing dengue. This includes consuming nutrient-rich foods and avoiding certain items to facilitate recovery and ensure a smoother and safer #recuperation. By following these guidelines, patients can better support their health and recovery process. Read this blog by one of our Ayurveda experts to understand the Do’s and Don’ts for Dengue patients and certain tips to be followed. https://bit.ly/3WiJhLV To book an #appointment with one of our Ayurveda Specialists, contact us at 89512 44003 or email us at care@ayurvaid.com Visit our website to learn more about Apollo AyurVAID and our multi-specialties https://www.ayurvaid.com/ #ayurveda #ayurvedaforhealth #ayurvedalifestyle #ayurvedatreatments #chronicdisease #medicalcare #apollo #apollohospital #ayurvedamedicine #bangalore #dengue #signsnsymptoms #warningsigns #preventdengue #dengueprecautions #dosanddonts #fever #rashes #lowplatelets #plateletdrop #apolloayurvaid #ayurvaidhospitals #ayurvedafordengue

In 2024, India witnessed a significant surge in #dengue cases, notably in #Karnataka, which reported over 7,000 cases by early July. #Bengaluru alone accounted for 1,908 cases, marking it the most affected area in the state. Dengue, a mosquito-borne #viral infection, is primarily spread by the #Aedesaegypti mosquito, which thrives during the monsoon due to ideal breeding conditions such as standing water from rain and increased humidity. According to #Ayurveda, this period aggravates Vata dosha and accumulates Pitta dosha, heightening susceptibility to #febrile conditions. Dengue typically manifests with symptoms like #fever, rashes, and a decrease in #platelet count, and most patients recover within a few days. However, individuals with elevated Pitta dosha may experience severe complications such as Dengue hemorrhagic fever, requiring careful monitoring and medical attention. Prevention involves eliminating stagnant water sources, using #mosquitorepellents, and wearing protective clothing to cover exposed skin. A balanced diet, adequate hydration, regular bowel movements, and sufficient rest are crucial for boosting #immunity. Consistent meal times and sleep schedules, along with adequate rest following physical exertion, enhance the body's resilience, reducing the likelihood of severe dengue and promoting quicker recovery if infected. Watch Dr. Zankhana Mankad Buch, our Chief Medical Officer, as she discusses how Ayurveda can help prevent dengue and offers valuable tips on hygiene and other preventive measures. She also explains how Apollo AyurVAID supports patients in managing dengue symptoms and preventing recurrence. https://lnkd.in/dcACfUAe Read more Managing Dengue with Precision Ayurveda here - https://bit.ly/4cWDCAF To book an #appointment with one of our Ayurveda Specialists, contact us at 89512 44003 or email us at care@ayurvaid.com Visit our website to learn more about Apollo AyurVAID https://www.ayurvaid.com/ #ayurveda #ayurvedaforhealth #ayurvedalifestyle #ayurvedatreatments #chronicdisease #medicalcare #apollo #apollohospital #ayurvedamedicine #bangalore #dengue #signsnsymptoms #warningsigns #preventdengue #dengueprecautions #fever #rashes #lowplatelets #plateletdrop #apolloayurvaid #ayurvaidhospitals #ayurvedafordengue

Ayurveda provides a thorough approach to preventing and managing dengue fever. It involves four main steps: early #management with prevention and #vectorcontrol, institutional management for active cases, recovery and follow-up care, and ongoing maintenance to prevent recurrence. Vector control for dengue involves eliminating breeding sites like stagnant water in containers, applying #larvicides to prevent mosquito larvae growth, using #insecticides for adult mosquito control, and promoting #communityawareness to reduce mosquito populations. Ayurveda describes fever (jwara) in detail, including its #symptoms, types, and how to manage it with #diet (ahara), #lifestyle (vihara), #medication (oushadha), and #exercise (kriya). Ayurveda also emphasizes the importance of healing the mind and spirit through Daivavyapashraya Chikitsa to promote mental and spiritual well-being. By addressing both the physical and mental aspects of health, Ayurveda aims to provide a #holistic approach to managing dengue and preventing future occurrences. Dr Rakesh Nair, our Ayurveda expert, answers the question "Can Ayurveda prevent dengue and its complications?" in the video below. He discusses how Apollo AyurVAID approaches dengue, advising preventive measures, managing symptoms, and outlining strategies for recovery and prevention of recurrence. https://lnkd.in/dbNkMPCu Read more about Managing Dengue with Precision Ayurveda here - https://bit.ly/4cWDCAF To book an appointment with one of our Ayurveda Specialists, contact us at 89512 44003 or email us at care@ayurvaid.com #ayurveda #ayurvedaforhealth #ayurvedalifestyle #ayurvedatreatments #chronicdisease #medicalcare #apollo #apollohospital #ayurvedamedicine #bangalore #dengue #signsnsymptoms #warningsigns #preventdengue #dengueprecautions #fever #rashes #lowplatelets #plateletdrop #apolloayurvaid #ayurvaidhospitals #ayurvedafordengue
