I worked for an incredible company for many years. Those years and what I’ve learned there gave me the best professional push of my career. It was my own university for business. And I was doing great. I Knew what I had to do. I Knew where I was headed. I Knew what role I was going to have. I knew the steps I needed to take to get there. It was SAFE. And that fit me like a glove for a very long time. But then I was approached by a visionary who offered me an opportunity. A different kind. It wasn’t structured. Most of it was unknown, and new to me. It meant operating in almost complete uncertainty. There was just a vision. A big one - a unique culinary experience, which generates bonding, innovation, and creation. I saw the opportunity to take part in shaping this vision. Plan it. And then to carry it out. So 7 years ago, I said YES to Yarzin Sella High-End Food Services. For the past 7 years I’ve been surrounded by the best team, creating something from scratch together - starting from the infrastructure, through operations and company culture, all the way to implementing it in 12 different countries.
