The ability to help and meet the various needs of everyone, and the opportunity to initiate and express both my personal and professional abilities, is incredibly fulfilling." 🏢 "Do you have a preferred area within our facilities?" "I love my reception area on the 11th floor. It's my favorite spot because I get to see who’s arriving, welcome them with a smile or say goodbye, know who’s in and who’s out, and generally keep a handle on everything happening in space." ☕ "Any personal preferences in your daily routine?" As a Co-founder and CTO at Frontitude, I spearhead our technological initiatives, ensuring that innovation remains at the forefront of our startup's mission. 💼 What does a day in your life at ROOMS in Modi’in look like? About once a week, my day kicks off outside the office, savoring a morning coffee with my wife after dropping our daughter off at daycare. It's usually a spontaneous ritual, giving us a moment to breathe before diving into the day. On days when that doesn't happen, I find it easier to stick to the "tech ritual": arriving at ROOMS, settling in with my laptop, filling up a water bottle, making coffee, and sitting down to plan the day. 💪 What's your productivity tip? My productivity tips include focus, rituals, and connection to the big picture (the business). -Focus: If you're not focused and present in the moment, you're never really "here" at any given moment. -Rituals: Daily planning, short coffee breaks for rejuvenation (with good people I've met at the facility or alone), or any other ritual that works for you. -Connection to the big picture (the business): There's nothing like knowing there are customers waiting for an update you're working on in the product to drive you to run fast and put the update in their hands. Of course, there are days when none of this works, and then just headphones with music that somehow communicates productivity to me do the trick. 🐾 How do you unwind after a busy week? Every year, I promise myself I'll find a hobby. I'm still looking... And seriously, it really varies depending on the period. Lately, it's mainly spending time in nature with my family and our daughter, who fills us (and simultaneously tires us out, but in a surprising way, also calms us). After the horrors we experienced in October, the only thing that calmed me down was trying to contribute my knowledge. I was fortunate to volunteer in a project for the National Explanation Headquarters that integrates Generative AI to help tailor its messages to different demographics. ✨ Life motto or inspirational quote: I came across a quote by Zig Ziglar that says, "People often say that motivation doesn’t last. Well, neither does bathing, that’s why we recommend it daily." This sentence helps me remember that motivation is something that needs to be worked on and doesn't just appear on its own.
