🎓 Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. A professional certification such as CPA, CIA, or equivalent is preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in auditing, preferably within the FinTech or financial services industry.
• Strong understanding of auditing principles, financial regulations, and compliance standards in Ireland.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
• Proficient in using audit software and financial systems.
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively present findings to senior management.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team in a fast-paced environment.
