🚴♀️ Today we're thrilled to announce our partnership with brilliant Irish racing cyclist Kelly Murphy, who will imminently be heading to the 2024 Paris Olympic Games as part of the Ireland Women's Team Pursuit unit!   ⏱️ Kelly currently holds the national record in the women's individual pursuit and has competed numerous times at World Championship level, where in 2021 she achieved gold as part of the women's team pursuit squad.   NFP’s partnership with Murphy - our second in the world of cycling - aligns closely with our values, therefore we jumped at the chance to partner with her to help support her with the costs associated with training. 💡 We recently hosted an event alongside 100 Women in Finance, aimed at engaging women with their pension and empowering them to take control of their financial futures. Among other things, the event helped to illustrate the hidden differences between male and female pensions, one of the most prevalent being the average amount in the funds themselves. 📊 Pension inequality is a significant issue affecting women in the workplace, with the average pension income for retired women being 35% lower than that of men.
