ASHURA The day of Ashura is marked by Muslims as a voluntary day of fasting which commemorates the day Noah left the Ark, and the day that Moses was saved from the Egyptians by God. Thanks to the team at Mobility Mojo for everything they are doing - and for originally sharing this clip that highlights the importance of seeing others like yourself portrayed in and reflected by media channels. #DiversityAndInclusion #NotAllDisabilitiesAreVisible #NothingAboutUsWithoutUs #AccessibilityMatters

This week, we are looking forward to joining the team at SONAS Bathrooms to deliver an onsite #DiversityAndInclusion (D&I) training session on #InclusiveRecruitment. We are also joining Quality and Qualifications Ireland (QQI) for a D&I Masterclass and all-team talk. This training explores D&I from a range of perspectives including the business, moral and legislative contexts. We are also with B. Braun Group for #InclusiveLeadership training. Inclusive Leaders get the best out of their teams - helping their organisations to succeed in today’s interconnected national and global environment. This training delivers understanding of how to become a more inclusive leader and enhances ‘people’ skills to better engage and support teams to reach their potential. As Ireland's leading provider of training in FREDIE™ (Fairness, Respect, Equality, Diversity, Inclusion & Engagement), we firmly believe that training within an organisation is a fundamental part of developing workplace talent and it is important to provide valuable learning opportunities. Working both in-person and remotely, our team of expert trainers have supported hundreds of organisations with progress across a wide range of topics and bespoke programming.
