**Celebrating Our Success Stories at Allianz Ireland!** Our inaugural annual Success Stories celebration took place on Wednesday evening in the vibrant setting of the Teeling Whiskey Company Distillery. It was an evening filled with joy and pride as 100 colleagues gathered to celebrate our 18 Success Stories from the past year. Additionally, 37 colleagues were recognised by their Executive Managers as key contributors to the successes within their individual teams. Inspiring Achievements Across the Board including: - 100,000 fewer pages printed - 20,000 CD-ROMs eliminated annually, each previously taking an estimated 1 million years to decompose in landfills These success stories have positively impacted every team across our business by increasing conversion rates, enhancing customer satisfaction, saving countless administrative hours, and reducing repetitive tasks. Time and again, these stories highlight our technical excellence and the significant impact of our small OE within the Group. But it’s not just about profit and productivity – many of our successes are driven by our secret sauce: effective collaboration and teamwork! 🎉 Allianz Launches 'Stop The Drop' Research with Sonia O'Sullivan 🎉 Allianz, in collaboration with Olympic silver medallist Sonia O’Sullivan, is excited to launch the first wave of our Stop The Drop research. This report forms an important part of our wider Stop The Drop campaign which aims to shine a much needed spotlight on the the high dropout rate of children in sport. 🔍 Key Findings: Dropout Age: Most children stop sports by age 11. Gender Disparity: More girls drop out or never start. Parental Concerns: 63% find sports too competitive. Support Needed: Two-thirds of parents want more resources to keep kids engaged. 🏃♂️ Our Commitment: Allianz is dedicated to supporting youth sports participation. This year, we joined the Camogie Association in commemorating its 120th anniversary, marking a significant milestone in the promotion of youth sports in Ireland. 🏑 Highlights of the Day: 64 Under-12 teams from 24 counties showcased their talent. 1,354 young players had the unforgettable experience of playing on Croke Park’s prestigious turf.
