We are delighted to share the exciting news that Partner in Pet Food is welcoming a new majority shareholder. Cinven has agreed to sell a majority stake in the business to CVC Capital Partners, and will retain a minority stake. We all look forward to partnering with both CVC and Cinven to deliver our ambitious future growth plans.

Last year, we embarked on an exciting distance-based move challenge. It was a true global effort, with over 250 enthusiastic participants joining in from the 10 European countries we are present in. Together, we covered more than 60,000 kilometers by cycling, running and walking 💪    This year, we’re taking our challenge to the next level by combining our passion for fitness with our love for animals. 🐱🐶 We are proud that in our 2024 Move Challenge, for every kilometer we collectively cover, we will donate to Greater Good Charities. The more distance we reach, the more we can support and protect animals in need. 🙌    Greater Good Charities works to help pets, people and the planet by mobilizing in response to need and amplifying the good. To date, they have invested in excess of €700 million in cash grants, in-kind supplies, and direct programmatic support to over 10,000 communities across 120 countries.     Since the onset of the conflict in Ukraine, Greater Good Charities has been a steadfast presence on the ground, providing vital aid to vulnerable communities. To date, their efforts have encompassed delivering 32 million meals to pets across the nation, offering them warm shelters for the harsh winters, and ensuring access to high-quality spay and neuter services.    For the owners and caregivers of these pets, Greater Good Charities has provided over 11 million hot meals, winter relief kits, hygiene packs, and access to clean water. You have to see our new offices in Budapest!  We are ready to show you around now that we have settled in.   Big communal spaces, comfy workspaces with height-adjustable desks, and close to restaurants, bars, shops, and services.    Our new location speaks to PPF’s values, specifically caring for our people and the world we and our pets inhabit. Also, can you imagine whether there is a better way to bring our passion to the business than creating a space for our teammates, which inspires them to contribute, embrace diversity and feel free to act?    Designed and shaped to maximize the amount of light entering the building in cloudy weather, BudapestONE is among the first buildings in Hungary to be recognized for its positive effect on the health and well-being of everyone who works there. It was awarded the BREEAM environmental certification for sustainable buildings.     The WELL multifunctional wellness room, the 500-meter-long panoramic jogging track are all near PPF’s offices inside the building. Car and bike charging stations are available as are changing rooms for everyone who turns their morning commutes into spin classes.  Huge thanks to the awesome project team who made this happen! Our Doggy brand's new brand campaign has just launched in Sweden! 🎉 Our PPF Nordics team has released three movies that truly capture the brand’s core mission: "For the best dog life". Watch as dogs enjoy their best lives alongside their loving families, always part of the fun and adventures! 🐾❤️ The journey in Sweden dates back to 1903, with roots in Vårgårda's dog food production. Over the decades, the commitment to the well-being of dogs has only grown stronger. We couldn’t be any prouder of our dedicated PPF Nordics team for having launched their environmental initiative “Forests and Pollinators”. 🌱 The team’s goal is to enrich the local ecosystem with 6,000 newly planted spruces and trees. 🌲🌳 As a kick-off of the project, the team planted trees in Tanum and the office dog Mini had the honor of digging the first pit. 🐶 In 2023, PPF was the first European private label pet food manufacturer with SBTi-validated emission reduction targets. Being at the leading edge of the industry, we have committed to decreasing our Scope 1, 2 and 3 emissions by 42% by the end of 2030.
