Regular feedback loops are essential in high-quality software development. 🔁 🖥 This is the reason why we hosted a significant product workshop in Budapest, involving product managers, product owners and the design team from both German and Hungarian sites of the #DX Digital Transformation of DMG MORI. 📑 The hybrid meet-up, involving 25 colleagues had several objectives. 📑 ◾ One was to align and refine responsibilities for product vision and roadmap, to consider development priorities, and to strategize communication about the project. ◾ The second goal was to further elaborate on effective processes and way of working practices, setting up detailed, joint action plans. ◾ Lastly, the third was to bring colleagues closer to each other nurturing better collaboration. 👉 A recurring event in our company is hosting students from the Komárno Secondary School of Mechanical Engineering and Electrical Engineering for a two-week internship. Our relationship with the school dates back to 2019 through the ERASMUS+ program, when we hosted the students under the name HEITEC Hungary. In this year's spring semester, we welcomed a group of three students and supported them in acquiring both practical and theoretical knowledge. ▪️ At DMG MORI HEITEC Digital, the students were able to deepen their programming skills through daily lectures and gain comprehensive insights into various fields, including IT professions, the industrial environment, and university life in Hungary. ▪️
