🙌 1st Call for SEMI Solutions Sales & Support in Europe Dr. Johann Weinhaendler hosted this event and welcomed 40 colleagues from ASMPT offices in Europe to Regensburg. ASMPT Technology Award 2024 Celebrates Nine Years of Nurturing Young Talent 🎉 June 21, 2024, Hong Kong – The ASMPT Technology Award 2024 has successfully concluded, marking the ninth consecutive year of this prestigious event dedicated to fostering technological innovation and excellence among young talents. Held at the ASMPT HK Gateway Tsing Yi office, the event highlighted the significant contributions of final-year students from six renowned universities, underscoring ASMPT Ltd’s commitment to corporate social responsibility (CSR) and community development. 🤗 Since its inception in 2015, the ASMPT Technology Award has been a cornerstone in promoting technological advancements and recognizing the brightest minds in the field. This year's competition featured 11 outstanding final-year projects from (in alphabetical order): Chinese University of Hong Kong, City University of Hong Kong, Hong Kong Baptist University, Hong Kong Polytechnic University, Hong Kong University of Science and Technology and University of Hong Kong. The performance of BLT control in an application depends on the overall properties of the hardware and software, the substrates being bonded, the surface level on the substrates, the bond line thickness, coverage, and the uniformity of the bond line. 🤝 A Collaborative Site Visit for Hong Kong Team at the ALG Plant 🤝 🥰 A diverse group of around 40 colleagues from the Accounting, Finance, Group Tax, Group Internal Audit, HR & Facilities departments of our Hong Kong office recently had the opportunity to visit the ALG plant in Shenzhen on June 14, 2024 (Friday) as initiated by Group CFO. From the moment they arrived, they were warmly welcomed and greeted by the ALG team. 💡 As facilitated by Freda Wu, Vice President of Group Internal Audit, our Hong Kong colleagues were clearly excited as they engaged in in-depth discussions with the local teams. The thoughtful introduction by the ALG team and the well-organized plant tour gave our Hong Kong colleagues a deeper understanding of the plant's operations. The Hong Kong colleagues were particularly impressed by the efficiency and attention to detail they observed. 🤗 Over a delightful lunch in the plant's cozy canteen, our Hong Kong colleagues had the chance to further engage with ALG members in a more casual setting. The two groups continued to bond, sharing stories and exchanging insights about their respective work environments. The warm hospitality extended by ALG’s team made the visit even more enjoyable. ✨🤩 The site visit was not only informative, but also a chance to foster deeper understanding and strengthen the collaborative ties between the two teams.
