We have an open vacancy for a Senior System Administrator.


Position Responsibilities:


  • Oversee the installation, configuration, and maintenance of Windows servers and systems.
  • Ensure the stability, security, and performance of Windows-based systems.
  • Monitor system performance, identify issues, and implement solutions in a timely manner.
  • Perform regular system updates, patches, and backups.
  • Manage Active Directory, Group Policies, DNS, DHCP, and other core Windows services.
  • Support and maintain the SOC infrastructure, ensuring high availability and security.
  • Collaborate with the SOC team to identify and resolve security incidents and vulnerabilities.
  • Implement and maintain security measures, including firewalls, intrusion detection/prevention systems, and antivirus solutions.
  • Lead a team of IT Helpdesk engineers, providing guidance, training, and support.
  • Assign tasks and projects to team members, ensuring timely and efficient completion.
  • Foster a collaborative and productive work environment within the IT Helpdesk team.
  • Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback to team members.

Professional Experience & Qualifications:


  • Minimum of 5 years of experience as a System Administrator, with a focus on Windows systems.
  • Strong knowledge of Windows Server, Active Directory, Group Policies, DNS, DHCP, and related technologies.
  • Experience with virtualization technologies (e.g., VMware, Hyper-V) and cloud platforms (e.g., Azure, AWS).
  • Technical expertise in Windows systems and SOC infrastructure.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
  • Detail-oriented with a commitment to maintaining high standards of quality.
  • Ability to work efficiently both within a cross functional team as well as independently
  • Strong communication skills both Oral and in writing; internally as well towards clients.
  • Written communications - clear technical writing and presentation.
